Capital One

I help lead 4 day design thinking workshops with participants from across the company, from junior associates to senior leadership, with the end goal of building capabilities and common language for design practice.

Luma Institute

I teach public and client-facing human-centered design workshops under the Luma curriculum, which presents 36 design methods used in combination.

Kiehl's - I wrote a quick guide to observational research as part of an internal initiative encouraging employees to do more inspirational research

Marriott - I helped facilitate an innovation week, in which 100+ global leaders came together for a week of design thinking workshops and other learning experiences

Porsche - I helped facilitate a similar innovation week, focusing on Porsche North America

Columbia University

I worked with the Teacher's College to help them think through the idea of "student experience" through a series of workshops and individual coaching.

Rutgers University

I consulted with a division of Rutgers on a new design thinking executive education program in development.

I worked with a pharmaceutical client on a project to design an aftercare service experience for recently diagnosed heart failure patients.

I worked on a design research project with We Are Experience's Citi account, which included the design and facilitation of co-creation workshops.

I led design research and strategy for a small innovation team working on mobile experiences.

I was a lead experience strategist working on projects such as a voice user interface design and a mobile onboarding experience.
