The Capital One design strategy team works to build design capabilities across the organization through 4-day workshops and project consulting. I work with the team to help facilitate workshops and develop curriculum.
Workshop participants learn the principles and methods of human-centered design by working on a practice project for 2 days, followed by another two days focusing on an active project or business problem they face. My role as a coach is to work directly with a group of 4-6 attendees, helping them apply principles and methods to their work.
I continue to work with Capital One at their offices across the country, coaching workshops and assisting in their continued evolution.
