I teach public and private workshops with the Luma Institute, an organization that helps build human-centered design capabilities within organizations ranging from nonprofits to government to financial services.

The workshops are based on the Luma System, a set of 36 design methods chosen from thousands used around the world. Workshops focus on building familiarity with the methods, the theory behind them, and how to combine them to achieve goals such as learning more about customers or validating an idea.

I continue to teach with Luma on a regular basis, and participant feedback is reliably positive.
