We see user experience as a strategic effort. Deliverables are important, but without a solid strategic vision, a wireframe is just lines and boxes. We start with in-depth user research to identify core audience needs, desires, and pain points. Designs are based off this insight, tested, and iterated into a product.

Product Development

We work with clients to hold ideation sessions, interview stakeholders, document requirements, and map out a product plan that spans from idea to launch to iterations. Our main objective is to understand the context in which a product exists and develop unique positioning based on that ecosystem.

We come from Fortune 500 companies, advertising agencies both big and small, and from startups. This breadth of experience allows us to understand companies from multiple angles, taking what has worked in one area and adapt it to fit others. By examining the relationship between a brand's codes of meaning and the larger cultural system, we can identify hidden meaning that affects purchase behavior and trends that will continue to influence customers.

Depending on your needs, we might do a literature review, contextual inquiry, ethnographic research, or all of the above. After multiple research phases, we hand off a complete report with summaries, observations, and recommendations.
